Wastin Away Again......

Scott, Davina and I joined our old friend Jimmy and took a little trip to Margaritaville this Spring.

Danny was invited, but he obviously had a brief moment of insanity and offered to stay home with Addie and our Girls. What a brave brave man!?!?!

Well, Anyone that has ever been to a Buffett concert knows that half of the fun happens in the parking lot!

I didn't take too many photos, but as we were tailgating I noticed this billboard and thought it was just priceless and could somewhat relate!

Hoppy Easter!

Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret were Hoppin' with excitement to get things ready for Easter this year!

The tree that we have always used for our Easter egg tree has grown and is now a little too big for us to decorate, so we had to come up with another plan this year and it worked well!

Bonnie Kay picked a pink egg to hang on the tree first!


And so did Molly Margaret....... after all, pink is their signature color!!


Mommy worked hard hanging the eggs up high, while her two little bunnies took care of the lower branches.

A few days before Easter we went to visit the Easter Bunny! Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret did not love him one bit, so Mommy had to hold them in her lap to even be able to get a picture. I know it's not the greatest picture, but we will be able to look back on this one day and laugh!

On Easter Eve we had our annual egg dying eggstravaganza! The Girls were really into it this year and made eggs for everyone in the family!

Molly Margaret said she wanted Neeno's egg to be "lellow"! Neeno is Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret's Great Grandfather and a Georgia Tech Grad, so a yellow, or "lellow" egg really did make sense for him!

Once we were done with our Easter eggs, the Girls had fun with Mommy making some Easter cookies!

Never mind Bonnie Kay's foot right next to the pan of cookies......her sweet little feet just made them taste better!

And yes, they were delicious!

Molly Margaret had a bit of a sugar buzz, which always makes for silly times and funny faces!

Before going to bed that night Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret had to leave out a few snacks for the Easter Bunny!

He obviously enjoyed them, because this is what we found the next morning!

and the Easter Bunny left in such a hurry that he got part of his tail stuck in our door......ouch!

Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret didn't know what to think about that!

Pretty in Pink!

It's impossible to get a good picture of all of us......but here are a couple that we attempted! The Girls are so busy and would rather do anything than look at the camera......getting them both to look at the camera at the same time......yeah right!

Action shots seem to be our best bet with Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret right now!

Before going inside the Girls had to check to be sure the Easter Bunny returned our special Easter key to our front door!

After naps we headed over to Aunt Banana and Uncle Danny's for more Easter treats, an egg hunt and dinner.

Molly Margaret loved her fancy gloves that the Easter Bunny left for her at their house!

The Girls had a blast with Addie hunting eggs down by the lake!

After hunting eggs Aunt Banana and Uncle Danny had another big surprise for Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret.....not one, but two baby bunnies!!!

And for dessert a beautiful and equally yummy bunny cake to finish out the day!

We hope that all of you had a wonderful Easter, we certainly did!!

My Mischievous Monkey

I was expecting the "Terrible Twos", however no one informed me of the mischief that came along with it.

One day I thought I would be able to sneak and take quick shower while Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret were engrossed in an intriguing episode of Caillou (who I can't stand, but will do what I have to do for a few minutes of peace!)

I showered, threw on some clothes and thought that I had been successful in beating the clock. However, I walked out of my bedroom to find a pile of clothes and diaper right outside my door. I rounded the corner into the living room and found Bonnie Kay standing there as naked as the day she was born, eating a snack and screaming "I did it Mommy......I did it....!!" She was so proud of herself so I had to grab the camera!

Since this day, getting naked is one of Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret's most favorite things to do!! I often find them naked, diapers off and bare bottomed when I get them up from their nap! They are such silly girls!!
