Crafty Cuties!
Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret enjoyed several art projects over the summer, many of which were a first for them.
Here are the Girls doing their very first finger painting ever!
A great artist must work from all sides of the canvas.....
and her masterpiece is now complete!
However, don't let her dainty painting technique fool you......
Ta Da...I'm soooo cute!!
The Girls paintings turned out really cute!! I of course kept the originals, but we did another one and framed it for Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret to give to Papa for his birthday!
Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret also found a love for coloring!
Early in the summer, I'm not sure what I was thinking but Addie came over and we ended up making tye dye t-shirts for everyone in the family! The process was a little scary, but the end result turned out fabulous!! And yes, we all look like a bunch of hippies!
It was messy, but tons of fun!
Aunt Shawn even helped Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret with a few art projects when they stayed with her during the summer.
They got to play with clay and with help from Anna and Jill the Girls made me some adorable hand prints!
and yes, more finger painting too!!
I'm very proud of my little artists! I love "kid art" and I have always proudly displayed the works of my nieces, now I have the masterpieces of my own little artists to add to the gallery!
