New Years Day 2008

This year we went to Davina and Danny's house for the traditional New Years Day dinner of black eyed peas and greens....Yummy...Yummy!!

Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret even had a taste, well more than a taste, they loved it! So much so that I was certain that they were going to have a tummy ache from all of the peas and greens. Thankfully they didn't, and I'm so glad my little girls know just how good southern cooking can be!

All in all the girls were excited about the new year! Hopefully eating those peas and greens will pay off for all of us!
